Transportation means the way of travelling from one place to another place through different routes like air ways, rail ways, rope ways, water transportation and road transport. Our country is land locked country so water transportation has very limited scope. It is a mountainous country so railway can’t be commonly used. Air transport is used in our country, but it is unaffordable to common Nepalese citizens. People in Nepal depends on road transport which is used by each and every citizens of our country. Some important roads are like Mahendra rajmarg, tribhuwan rajmarg, arniko rajmarg, prithivi rajmarg and others. In general, road transport plays an important role in economics, social and cultural development of country. Road transport development had key to the setback in growth of agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors. Therefore, for overall development and for the prosperity of Nepal development, road transportation is the most needed.
