The equipment which are used to spray water for dust control and to spray water to moisten the sub-base and base course materials mixing of concrete, mortar etc. are called watering equipment. Watering equipment are made up of tripper or truck body as a main body and a MS plate tank on the backside body. The perforated pipe with open and close valve is fitted at the back side by attaching to the tanker. Which acts as sprinkler to spray water on the road surface. The valve if opened during requirement of water and closed after extracting required quantity of water. A clothe pipe or HDPE pipe with motor pump is used to entry and exit of water. The pipe system is used for dust control and to moisten gravel on sub and base course. The pipe system is used during entry of water into tank and for transfer water into drums at the location of mortar preparation. The watering equipment has water carrying capacity of 4 cum, 6 cum, 7 cum, 8 cum, 10 cum, 12 cum respectively.
